Digital downloads

Our products are downloadable PDF travel guides and planning resources. No physical item is shipped.

Because digital files are supplied after successful payment, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a download has been supplied, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Problems with your order

If you received the wrong file, a duplicate charge, a damaged PDF, or cannot access your purchase, email info@pyravista.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will investigate and help you access the correct file, or provide an appropriate remedy.
